Our company’s success is based on our experienced, knowledgeable, and hospitable personnel, in our top-quality, impeccably stylish vehicles and in the consistency and precision that defines the services that we provide.
The smooth functioning of the services offered at My Athens Transfers relies on the proper organization of chauffeurs and their vehicles, so that they will be at their scheduled appointments on time and without delay. For this to be possible, we ask that our clients be precise when filling in their booking details, i.e. clear and exact arrival information, and to inform us immediately of any changes to arrival time or other specifics, so that we can update our drivers’ schedules in a timely fashion.
Failure to do so will result in our company having to apply the terms and conditions that have been set out for our unimpeded functioning, and which are available in detail on our company website.
- If you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
In any other case, you are not entitled to a refund.
